Client: Confidential - Cooler Station

Involved the installation of a large Heat Recovery Unit, all the associated piping and structural steel, as well as the assembly and commissioning of various pieces of equipment for a co-generation facility.

Much of the work involved piecing together structural steel from the supplier arranged by others, assembling pressure equipment, aerial coolers, and the welding and testing of the u-bends in the HRU, with some other minor vessel repairs.

Client: Confidential - Fractionation Expansion

This project included repurposing and expanding fractionation facilities at an existing site. Scope included increasing production capabilities of the existing plant to fractionate natural gas liquids (NGL) into spec propane (C3) and butane (C4), complementing the current separation of ethane (C2), LPG (C3/C4), and condensate (C5+).

The project leveraged the existing facility footprint and utilized modularized and skidded designs to minimize field labor and reduce costs.

Client: Confidential - Battery

Battery facility with tank farm consisting of (6) 5000 lbs oil tanks and 2 water tanks.

Includes pipeline, gathering facility, loading station and all the necessary piping. Additionally; line locates, verification digs and abandonments, well pad completions and storage facilities in various locations around Alberta.

The work involved locating lines, hydro-vaccing, excavation, re-coating lines and subsequent welding to repair or abandon lines.

Client: Confidential

The project focused on expanding and enhancing plant facilities to support increased condensate handling and storage capacity. The project incorporated upgrades to the pipe rack area, pump systems, storage tanks, utilities, and supporting infrastructure while maintaining the design philosophy of the existing facility.

Client: Confidential – Amine Still Replacement

The project included a replacement of an amine still vessel and the removal of the existing regenerator vessel and associated components plus the installation of a new vessel, ensuring the facility's continued efficiency and compliance with modern operational standards.
